I can not recommend Chewton Rose, and particularly Kaiden-Jay Cobbler, strongly enough. Our house has been on the market since February 2018 and we changed agents after 2 months. Honestly like night and day.Chewton Rose's books are filled with larger properties, but they still made it feel like our semi-detached ex-council house feel like the most important one they had.Chewton Rose have from the outset been completely professional and a joy to work with. When they discovered that I found it difficult to take phone calls - Kaiden found a way to use WhatsApp to organise viewings and keep us updated...and in his professionalism he would ask me to call him when he had something more sensitive to discuss. Our house was sold within a couple of months and Kaiden went out of his way to help us with a tricky agent at a different agency with a house we were trying to purchase. Our buyers fell through a few weeks later - these things happen...and Chewton Rose managed to get a further 4 proceed able offers in very quickly - which meant that we did not lose out on the house we are trying to purchase.I have found Kaiden, and Chewton Rose professional, friendly and honest throughout. House hunting and selling is a stressful and emotional journey and having an agent whom you can trust makes the process so much easier.Thank you Kaiden. Thank you Chewton Rose.
