Terrible lettings agency. Misleading advice in direct contradiction to legal guidelines set out to protect Tennants. Hamptons should be ashamed to employ staff that dont know the basic rights of Tennants. I have no idea how this can be regarded as a premium lettings agency.
Unreliable and unprofessional approach to lettings. Staff are only interested in shifting blame to tenants.
