They have always been polite and helpful to me.
Just went in there and went to the other side as I had a large parcel and assumed I couldn't get it through the travel money hole. So I asked the guy if anyone else was working on the other till as there was a big line and he said does it look like anyone is there ! Useless rude and needs to learn some manners !!
Incredibly rude and incompetent service. The person who served me was very rude and apparently unable to read. Please do not use, they are a waste of time and apparently very poorly trained and unable staff.
Very poor customer service. Talked to so rudely. Closes at 5pm so arrived at 4.30pm to be told that they were closed. I asked why as it was not 5pm, and wad just given a shoulder shrug. I explained I just needed to buy a stamp! Luckily a kind lady in the queue offered to buy it for me. I then went to the cashpoint to get some cash for her and came back to the shop to find more people had joined the queue. Unbelievable.
