Went in there this morning to post a parcel and was firstly ignored (whilst the chap finished his own personal phone call) and then shouted at for coming too early at 9:05am!!The gentleman owner definitely needs some customer service focused training Avoid this post office like the plague!!
very rude & unprofessional - would not recommend to trust with any of my valuable packages being delivered there in the future. They had packages laying around in the open that anyone can walk into the store & grab. They do not secure in a professional manner. Additionally the customer service is non existent, the female behind the counter was offensive in the way she speaks to customers. It was a complete waste of time trying to resolve a lost package to the point the lady would only blame me for how she lost the package. Very little to no logical reasoning, it was bizarre experience. It was evident she was only going to continue to be spewing her nonsense so I eventually left without resolution. Knowing I never have to waste my time hearing such nonsense again is enough for me, I suggest to avoid using their services at all costs.
