Utterly incompetent. 2 out of 2 times that I tried to telephone through my order, they got it wrong.The first time was during the World Cup and I could see it was busy so I gave them the benefit of the doubt.The second time was a quiet evening with one other customer there. I arrived at the desk asking for the 2 x chicken shish that wed ordered on the phone and they didnt have a record of it, nor had they started cooking it.I value my time far too highly to be sitting around in a kebab shop for 10 mins whilst they prepare my food. I wont be returning.
