This is the second time I have bought a car from this dealership.The first time was such a pleasant experience with non pushy sales talk and plenty of time to decide on which specification suited my needs best. The second time was equally as good.
Booked my car in for its 3 month check. Had some issues with the car so was advised to have a courtesy car overnight so they had more time to look into the issues. Booked in to drop my xc40 in on 3.10.18. Had email confirmations and text messages confirming the date. Took my car in today and was greeted very unprofessionally by the lady in service. Looked at me like I was an alien. No hello how can I help. Just a look of what are you doing here! I said hi my car has come for its 3 month check she said your car was booked in for yesterday and their is no courtesy car available. Showed her my confirmation and that meant nothing. I asked if my car was booked in for yesterday why did you not call me to see if I was still coming? Her answer she was busy. Oh so that's the reason. Make out I got the wrong day because you were clearly too busy to provide my car with its check. I am totally shocked by the service I have received and their I could not care less attitude. She is clearly in the wrong job. First point of contact at any business should be friendly and welcoming. Spoke to the leader man there and his excuse was she gets nervous. Really!! She has been there years and she's nervous. It's not the first time I have had a blank greeting from her. Shocking service. Total waste of my time.
A very welcoming and refreshingly pleasurable experience. This is the first time in buying a vehicle that there has been no hard sell from the outset and most importantly, no hidden costs when coming to settle the final amount. Everyone is relaxed, they (all staff) obviously enjoy working here and are confident in their product and service. I wish I had bought a car here years ago, from my initial experience they have now gained a loyal customer.
Great service and credit where its due. Friendly and efficient. Alex the salesman clearly knows what hes doing and made the whole process simple and easy. Also Gareth one of the technicians was very helpful in showing me some of the cars many functions. Will be recommending them to friends and family.
