Phil was absolutely brilliant from the very first phone call through to the final purchase and I highly recommend him. He did not apply any pressure on me or Amanda when we went to look at it, and his genuine honesty and professionalism reassured me that it was going to be a good purchase. One week later and Amanda is very happy with her VW Touran.
