Not even worth one star! Despicable behaviour. Outright Rude and completely lacking any customer services skills. Skilled engineer was a man with a phone and a camera. Took a photo to order a part without actually checking it. A reputable engineer has been since and the part ordered based on a photo was completely irrelevant.
Fast, efficient, professional and polite from start to finish. Everything I asked for was done to a high standard with a professional attitude. Will definitely use again.
I recently used Skilled Handyman to have works done on my house and they have been nothing but helpful, I was surprised that they turned up in their own van and had all the tools they needed on time, that was a first for me!
