We cannot praise Natasha and her team enough!! I never write reviews online but we are so impressed and happy with the results. Our dog has had behavioural issues in the past with known aggressive tendencies and nervousness, making it impossible to groom him! Within seconds of seeing Natasha, he was on his back getting a belly rub and so excited to see her - unheard of!? She really is like the Pied Piper for dogs!We cannot thank or recommend you enough - the difference in our dog's temperament is unrecognisable (in just 24 hours!) Fantastic service - highly recommended!!
Can't recommend this dog place highly enough they are friendly helpful kind to the dogs and have a knowledge i have yet to come across in such a well equipped dog establistment. Look no further if you are looking for a dog groomers who really care.
My young dog had a fantastic first grooming experience yesterday. The girls made him feel at ease and happy. He came home so relaxed and happy. Highly recommended this business.
I only gave a 1 star to Natasha as she has a lot to learn about customer service.The pricing had just gone up i was not made aware of this and i was also charged for 2 treatments not 1. When i contracted Natasha instead of reimbursing me or deducting of my next appointment she sent me a long email telling me how much it costs having all her equipment sharpened ect... To run a business you need to be good at what you do and customer service. Prior to this when my 2 Bichons were groomed i had to make another visit as it was uneven on one of my dogs. 130 is really to much to charge for 2 dogs!!! I feel i was ripped off!
Lovely shop and salon. You can really tell the team love all their doggy customers and treat them as their own. The dogs are never crated and seem so happy and relaxed in the salon. I would highly recommend them for this alone but they are also excellent groomers! :)
